Creation Station

My Mommy has started some weekly activities for me to take part in. On Mondays, I have swim lessons. Wednesdays, I have gymnastics. And Friday is open for something creative such as reading, art, or music. We are trying to get into a Kindermusik class right now. Don't worry, these "classes" are only 30 minutes long. I'm not being the over-pushy soccer mom! So, this morning we got up and met Nathan and his mom at story time where we ate our breakfast and read books. We got to shop around and pick out a book to take home too. Then, it was off to "art class". Nate & I got to pick out something to paint and we made a mess doing it. The best part is that someone else cleans up after you!! Studio fee - $4 bucks--not a problem!!

But I want the porcupine!
Get outta my mommy's lap or I'll bite you!
Hey man, don't make me poke you in the eye!
Okay Tyler, you're outta here!
Tyler painting and trying to figure out where the color came from.
Okay, this is pretty cool!
Mommy walked away...time to taste it!
Oh My Ga! That wasn't food!
But I have a plate and a utensil in front of me--shouldn't I be eating this?
Are you sure?
He wasn't ready to be finished but if you look closely--you can see the completed project.
The plate is yellow with green swirls and blue dots. And one green hand print complete with his initials and the date. We pick up the final work on Monday after it's been "fired".
