Boating Knowledge

Okay...I guess my blogging isn't going to pick back up to daily activity...it's starting to look like a weekly thing....but I've gotta get into a groove sometime. Why are we so busy? I guess there is a lot more to do here than in Rapid City! But yet sometimes I seem so bored...well, most of the time. However, we are NEVER home so that explains the slow blogging and the seven loads of laundry. I do have a lot to post from the past week but here's a quick story to share.

Tyler, I guess, was born with boating knowledge just like my side of the family. As we were out on the boat this Labor Day weekend...Tyler enjoyed pointing to all the boats and making up his own commentary. It went something like this...


'Momma, big boat!"


"Momma, pretty boat!"
"Momma, big boat!"


"Momma, another big boat!"

But when he saw a junky house boat, he said "Momma, Dump Truck!!!!"
Okay, so maybe you have to be a boater to get this or find it funny..or maybe you just had to be there! But we all laughed so hard because when we looked...it looked just like a dump truck!!! Get that thing off the water!!!
