This weekend we just went to Fudrucker's for lunch with my friend Caden and worked our lunch off playing on the playground. Then, today we went to "Quacky" which is a duck race to raise money for our hospital. They launched 30,000 rubber ducks into a flowing stream and we watched them race to the finish line. It's not as exciting as it sounds. Actually, it's pretty lame. Most of the ducks beached themselves or got caught up in the rocks, twigs, and branches. However, Nathan arrives home today so maybe this week we can go to the pool!
